Announcement of Successful Candidates and Registration Information

  • a. [Announcement of Successful Candidates] can be checked on the MJC website (https://ipsi.mjc.ac.kr/) or by calling the automated phone service (ARS) (no individual notification). ※ Please note; The ARS is a paid service, so we recommend checking the MJC website whenever possible.
  • b. After printing the acceptance certificate and tuition invoice from the MJC website, successful applicants in the rolling admissions must pay the registration confirmation deposit (300,000 KRW) and tuition balance, and successful applicants in the regular admissions must pay the tuition at the designated bank [within the payment deadline] (failure to make payment by the deadline will be considered a withdrawl of intent to register, and your registration will be cancelled without further notice).
  • c. After completing your registration, be sure to check [registration status] on the MJC website to avoid any issues caused by payment errors. ※ MJC will not be held responsible for unregistered status resulting from payment errors, and no relief will be provided.

Registration Withdrawal Application Period Application Method
Registration withdrawal and refund periods will be announced later on the MJC website.
  • Apply through tuition refund system on the MJC website.
  • After the application deadline, your request will be processed as a withdrawal, and the tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis in accordance with Article 6 of the [MJC Tuition Regulations].
  • a. If you have registered at MJC but wish to cancel, please verify your identity and apply for a withdrawal (tuition refund) via the Tuition Refund System on the MJC website.
  • b. If the deposit cannot be completed due to an incorrect account, please visit MJC Admissions Management Office in person with a copy of your bankbook and your ID.
    ※ Important: Once your withdrawl application is submitted and accepted, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Tuition refund policy according to Article 6 of the [MJC Tuition Rules]:

  • Within 30 days from the start of semester: 5/6 of the tuition refunded.
  • 31 to 60 days from the start of semester: 2/3 of the tuition refunded.
  • 61 days to 90 days from the start of the semester: 1/2 of the tuition refunded.
  • After 90 days from the start of the semester: No refund.
