Orientation for freshmen and enrolled students.

･ Introduce the foundation spirit and education policy of the college to every freshmen entering the college, and various cultural courses are conducted through orientation such as registering for subjects, use of library and facilities, personalities and values for college students.

･ The college provides orientation for students from multi-cutural families and handicapped students to support adjusting school life and scholarship and welfare support. Introduces scholarship system, studying support program, employment support program, psychological test and consultation program, and also collects opinions of difficulties in school life and provide support for the students' welfare and learning.(Related inquiries: Department of Student Support, Handicapped Students Support Center)   

Student activity support

The college provide guidance and support for students' self-governing activities such as comprehensive sports competition, academic festival, voluntary and academic activities to establish the foundation spirit of the college and to create an academic atmosphere.

There are important student self-governing activities such as comprehensive sports competition, academic festival and elections for the self-governing organizations(students' council of the college, club union, representatives and students's council of departments) and department's sporting events and club events are held throughout the year.
Each students' self-governing organizations need to prepare and submit event plans to the student welfare team for guidance.

Social voluntary activity support

Issuance of multi-function student ID

Main functions

• Identification
• Transportation card : Charge at charging station at bus/subway station(50,000krw maximum)
• Bank debit card : Can deposit or withdraw money from your Hana-Bank account
• Library entrance and book borrowing : Non-touch access to library using I.C. chip and can be used borrowing books
• Electronic attendance : Can be used at system equipped lecture room.(lecture room larger than 100 seats)
• Electronic cash : Charge through Hana-Bank ATM(free) or multimedia room and service center(100krw) and use at cafeteria and other stores

Problems when losing student ID

• Multi-function cards are used by pre-charging, therefore, amount in electronic card and transportation card cannot be returned if lost.

  First, prevent financial accident by reporting for loss to Hana-Bank

  Third, Apply for reissue at the Service Center(1st floor, Main building)

• Rate of interest : 6.95~7%
• Amount : Whitin the tuition

• How to apply : Low-income priority and will be announced later
• Loan period : Divided into the term of a loan repayment term. During the term of loan only repay for the interest, and during the repayment term repay for both the principal and interest

Student loan for students from rural areas

• Subject : Students with parents(legal provider) addressed on rural areas
• Amount : Within 1.5million krw per semester with no interest
• Repayment : Can repay of the principal monthly, quarterly or at once with no interest on the period equivalent to that
