- Application for correction of the teacher's certificate : 1copy
- Current certificate : 1copy
- Evidential documents (abstract of resident registration and family registration which contains social ID and description.)
※ Apply for certificate reissue together if you want to reissue the certificate after the correction
③ Charge : Free
④ Estimated time : Within 2 days
Certificate reissuing process
- Those who needs to reissue the certificate for having reasons for correction or is lost or damaged
- Reissuable subjects : Graduates after Feb. 1989
