First run and College register screen
Screen for registering college on the first run. Once college is registered, data will be saved in the device and app will not ask again until user resets the app.
- [Picture 1] ogo screen and will verify and initialize device. During the process device's Bluetooth will be activated if not.
- Android will be activated automatucally, iOS needs to be activated manually.
- [Picture 2] If user's college is not registered, go to college registration screen.
- Choose Myongji College from the list at the bottom or search directly in the top seach box and register with [Registration] button below.
- Each time you type at the search box, the list of colleges including your input will appear at the bottom.
Log-in screen
To prevent surrogate attendance Ucheck Plus can only log-in and check attendance on the first registered mobile phone. In case of mistake, change of mobile phone or signed in on more than one phone, apply through [Change phone] button and verify with UCheck contact and get initialization aside.
- If student information is not registered or login time has expired, go to student registration screen.
- Enter personal id and password and log in through [Student Certification] botton on the bottom left.
- To log-in agree to collecting personal information is required.
- If you made mistake choosing college, you can reinitialize and retry through [App initialization] button.
- If you have changed your mobile phone, you can ask the manager to approve the change of phone through [Change phone] button.
(Can also apply for phone change on the configuration screen)
Screens and interfaces
The following screen is Home screen, it appears on first entry.
- Tab bar : Displays current screen position, always visible.
- User information bar : Displays current user's name, student ID, date and time, school week information.
- Contents title display bar : Displays the tile of current content area
- Contents area : Area for each contents
- Slide menu [Picture 3] : Slide menu that can be toggled through button on the tab bar
Attendance check screen
Home and attendance check screen. The first screen after loading and log-in.
- [Picture 1]displays daily subject list of the student and automatically scrolls the subject closest to current device time to the top.
- Each subjects displays the title, type, professor's name, whether to use check-out, classroom and lecture time.
- When item is selected, it expands as on [Picture 2] and displays additional information and attendance check button.
- If there are other items opened before this, those will be closed.
- Expanded screen displays attendance/late limit and checkout limit if the subject are using checkout.
- Four types of attendance buttons are at the bottom.
