Promote the health of students and faculty members and maintain optical conditions, improve health knowledge of students by counselling and education, and help to make the best choice for health.

Nursing room operation guidelines

Article 1(Purpose)
    These guideline are to protect and improve the health of students and faculty members defining requirements for health care at the college..

Article 2(Composition)
    ①Establish nursing room in the Department of Student Support to provide various mental and physical health services .

    ② Manager of the Department of Student Support will be the chief with professional staff with licence, assign 1 day time manager and 1 night time manager.

    ③ Working hours for day time worker is 09: 00 ~ 17: 30. for night time worker is 14:30 ~ 22:30.

Article 3(Function) The Nursing room performs the tasks below.

    1. Prepare the school health plan

    2. Health care of the students and faculty members

    3. Prevention of the infectious and other diseases, and health guidance

    4. Maintain facilities and medical supplies of the Nursing room

    5. Collect and manage materials for health education

    6. First aid and evacuation to the hospital

    7. Evaluation and improvement of health business

Article 4(Using rules) The user of the Nursing room should

    1. Be clear about the purpose and be calm.

    2. Get permission from the manager if you are not the patient.

    3. Not send the others to get medicines.

    4. Visit during break times and do not miss the class if possible.

    5. Service hours are 09:00~22:30, except for lunch break(12:00~13:00) and dinner break(18:30~19:30).

    6. Use Resting Room when

        a. Can be recovered within an hour

        b. It's hard to return home

        c. Waiting for permission to leave early due to illness

        d. In case of faint·anemia or seriously injured

Article 5(Training) Nursing room managers should take required training to enhance the professionalism of university health business.
